• Strong backend development experience.
• Familiarity with or eagerness to learn Model Context Protocol for managing context and tool interfaces for agents.
• Experience with LLM integration patterns including prompt orchestration and tool calling.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for dynamic context injection.
• Familiarity with GenAI-enhanced development tools and frameworks such as Cursor or Unblocked.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain services that support AI agent interaction.
• Apply GenAI to modernise, refactor, and accelerate legacy systems.
• Implement APIs, contracts, and metadata aligned with the Model Context Protocol.
• Contribute to internal tooling that supports AI-native SDLC workflows.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and incident response.
