Agricultural & Estates Solicitor | 2-6 PQE | Leading national firm | Northampton

A top-ranked national law firm is seeking an experienced Agricultural & Estates Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Northampton. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work alongside industry-leading lawyers, advising on high-value rural land, farming, and estate matters.

The Role:
· Advising landed estates, farmers, agricultural businesses and HNW individuals on a wide range of rural and agricultural matters.
· Work includes acquisitions and disposals of agricultural land, agricultural tenancies, succession planning, and rural estate management.
· Supporting private wealth teams on cross-disciplinary work, including tax, trusts, and development matters.
· Involvement in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Candidate:
· A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-6 years' PQE (although those just outside this range are also encouraged to apply).
· Strong experience in agricultural or rural property matters, ideally gained at a well-respected regional or national firm.
· An understanding of the nuances of working with landowners, estate owners, and rural clients.
· STEP qualification or an interest in private wealth work is a bonus but not essential.
· Excellent communication and client management skills.
