The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Agile environments, particularly with Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience leading & managing multiple complex projects in agile environments.
• Experience in both Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Project & Process Management skills, including industry standard project management.
• Experience working with offshore teams and across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project deliverables and communication frameworks.
• Create and maintain project plans and schedules.
• Facilitate Scrum teams in delivering successful projects.
• Manage project resource budget and address discrepancies.
• Identify risks and define mitigation plans.
