About the Opportunity

A purpose-driven organisation in the Consultancy space is seeking an Agile Project Manager to support the delivery of a range of high-profile technology and operational change projects. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission‑led team working on projects that have real impact, from data and cloud automation initiatives to organisation‑wide transformation and governance improvements.

You will be joining a forward‑thinking function at a pivotal moment, playing a key role in helping the business mature its agile delivery capability and strengthen project governance across a growing portfolio.

The Role

As an Agile Project Manager, you will take ownership of complex, multi‑disciplinary projects that enable strategic change across the organisation. You will be the right‑hand support to the Portfolio Manager, leading from the front to drive delivery excellence, embed agile practices, and ensure the smooth execution of business‑critical initiatives.

Key Projects Include:
  • Master data management project, the function's largest agile initiative
  • Cloud automation and data quality management rollouts
  • Development of board‑level and governance dashboards
  • Contributing to wider operational and property‑related transformation
What You'll Do
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic technology and operational projects
  • Apply agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and hybrid frameworks to drive consistency and efficiency
  • Act as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and promoting agile maturity across teams
  • Define scope, deliverables, and governance documentation (charters, RACI, plans, budgets)
  • Oversee project financials and forecasting, ensuring control and transparency
  • Provide accurate and insightful reporting to senior leadership
  • Build strong relationships with C‑suite and functional leaders across the organisation
  • Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within cross‑functional teams
About You

You are a confident, delivery‑focused project manager who thrives in structured, matrix environments. You combine hands‑on delivery capability with the gravitas to engage senior stakeholders and the agility to adapt to a hybrid (agile/waterfall) setting.

You Will Bring:
  • Proven experience delivering complex technology and operational change projects
  • Strong Agile background, ideally Scrum Master or SAFe certified
  • Solid understanding of governance, risk management, and portfolio oversight
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including at C‑suite level
  • Experience in structured corporate environments (Life Sciences, Financial Services, or similar)
  • Exposure to data, cloud, or automation initiatives
  • Property relocation or workplace transformation experience (advantageous)
Qualifications:
  • Professional project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM)
  • Agile qualification (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc)
