In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross‑functional projects, driving the data engineering strategy, and ensuring the availability, security, and scalability of data systems that support digital transformation initiatives. This is a pivotal role in shaping how data drives business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of data engineers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion agile ways of working, including running sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and refinement sessions. Integrate other team members as needed, such as analysts, developers, or IT architects.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
