What you will be doing
  • You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Support Solutions Architect and will be involved in the following activities:
  • Development of support solutions and inputs into bids, including written proposals, costs and scheduling; influencing design for support, working closely with design engineers as well as sales, finance and commercial functions.
  • Develop key skills that are increasingly rare yet vital within the industry.
  • Gain high-level exposure across all functions of the business, providing you with a strong knowledge of all aspects of business and engineering support activities.
  • Learn how to develop support solutions for equipment and complex systems, how to develop technical and complex proposals and plans, and how to perform supporting analysis.
  • Develop understanding of customer requirements and contracts, and apply technical expertise to influence these and other functions.
  • Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support growth into the position of Support Solutions Architect.
  • Throughout the two-year development programme you will have developed into the position of Support Solutions Architect.
What we are looking for
  • A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study (engineering).
  • Recently graduated or first professional experience in engineering or business. If business-based, must also have competence or interest in engineering and/or technical subjects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication (English).
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment focused on driving future innovation.
  • The ability to be self-aware and a wish to take charge of your development.
