Contract: Agency FCA - Public Law

Rate: £37.00 per hour (standard approved rate)

Are you an experienced Family Court Advisor (FCA) looking for a rewarding opportunity in Public Law? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Brighton team, working on cases post-first hearing to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

This is a fantastic chance to work with CAFCASS Brighton, applying your expertise in safeguarding, risk assessment, and court reporting within a supportive environment.

Key Requirements

• Registered with Social Work England
• Enhanced DBS check
• 5 years' reference history

Valid passport, driving licence, and qualification certificates

Strong knowledge of Public Law proceedings and ability to manage complex cases
