In this pivotal role, you will be the friendly voice guiding customers through their aftersales journey, ensuring their experience is smooth, informative, and personalised.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Outbound Customer Service Advisor or in a similar role within the Office & Professional sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Knowledge of automotive services and aftersales processes is desirable but not essential
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00

Salary: £22,000 (Basic), £25,600 (Guaranteed) OTE up to £32,000
