Due to internal promotion, we are recruiting for an Aftersales Assistant to provide support to the Service Manager and Parts department based at our Cupar Depot. This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a position within a successful business on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Service Manager and Parts department from the Cupar Depot.
• Ensure service administrative paperwork is kept up to date.
• Provide front counter cover for the Parts department.
• Work as part of a team and on own initiative, dealing with customers face to face, over the phone, and through email.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy and excellent customer relationship skills.
• A strong knowledge of agricultural machinery would be an advantage.
• Comprehensive ongoing product training will be given on our full range of machinery.
