After-school Nanny Position

This lovely family, based in Bayswater, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their three school-aged children. This role requires all general nanny duties. A driver would be a bonus. The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills (fluent or native level), as supporting homework is a key part of the role. The family is looking for a confident, nurturing, and experienced Nanny. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and brings a calm, structured, and proactive approach to the home. Someone confident in guiding children through routines, setting boundaries, and encouraging respectful behaviour. A valid first‑aid qualification is needed for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Term time, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, school holidays.

Duties
  • Preparing healthy meals and snacks
  • Washing and dressing the children
  • Helping with homework
  • Doing after school activities with the children
  • Preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children
  • Doing arts and crafts
  • Taking the children to parks and playgrounds
  • Preparing them for bed and reading them stories
