About the role

The Affiliates Marketing Manager at Hargreaves Lansdown is responsible for developing and managing the affiliate marketing strategy within the Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, this role plays a key part in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic affiliate partnerships. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the affiliate program aligns with the company’s overall marketing objectives.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing and executing the affiliate marketing strategy to support business growth.
  • Managing relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies.
  • Monitoring and optimising affiliate performance to maximize ROI and reduce waste on low quality traffic
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align affiliate campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Producing regular performance reports and insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Identifying and recruiting new affiliate partners to expand the program.
About you
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and performance-based channels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms and digital marketing tools.

  • Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated success in growing and managing affiliate programs.

Working Schedule

This role is based in our Bristol head office (BS1 5HL) and we offer a hybrid working pattern, with a minimum of two days in the office per week.
