Forward Role are: working with a fast-growing retail brand based in Oldham that's making serious moves in the world of digital and influencer marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Executive who wants to join a creative, forward-thinking team and work with some of the biggest household brands in the world!

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing relationships with key affiliate partners and networks, including AWIN and TikTok
• Supporting the development of an influencer-driven affiliate programme
• Creating and presenting live TikTok content as part of the brand's growing social presence
• Researching and sourcing new affiliate opportunities, helping to expand the programme
• Collaborating with the Head of Marketing on key strategic projects to grow the channel
• Using analytics to track performance, report on results, and identify opportunities to optimise campaigns
• Keeping affiliates updated on new product launches, promotions, and marketing activity
• Attending industry events and staying up to date with affiliate trends

What We're Looking For

• 12 months minimum experience in affiliate marketing
• Good knowledge of AWIN and affiliate platforms, partners, and programmes
• Confidence presenting content on social media, especially TikTok
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A self‑motivated, creative team player who's always looking to test and learn
