Campaign Assistant

• Partner recruitment, activation and optimisation of affiliate partners.
• Monitor partner activity for compliance and flag violations using Impact Compliance monitoring tool.
• Refer A Friend monthly validation and client query ownership.
• Upload creative assets, validate placements, and maintain screenshot documentation.
• Support onboarding, documentation processes, and template management for team consistency.

Essential Qualifications

• Some experience or strong interest in digital marketing, affiliates, or partnerships
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation
• High attention to detail, particularly in compliance checks and creative validation
• Good written and verbal communication skills in business English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel / Sheets for reporting)
• Ability to work independently in a remote freelance capacity, with accountability for tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable collaborating with a team and supporting process consistency
