Overview:

Sentara Medical Group is seeking to add a PA or NP to our team! We have an employment opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider at Sentara Neurosurgery Specialists located at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Join an experienced team of 10 neurosurgeons and 12 Advanced Practice Providers who value quality, collegiality, and teamwork. One year's experience in neurosurgery or neuro-critical care is preferred.

Position Highlights:
  1. Rotating schedule, including occasional nights and weekends
  2. Nighttime and weekend differential
  3. Provide care in various settings including ED, NCCU, trauma, and medical floors
  4. Responsible for emergent bedside procedures
  5. Surgeries performed at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, a 543-bed tertiary care facility with Level 1 Trauma Center, Virginia Beach General Hospital, and Carplex Hospital
  6. Fully integrated EHR (Epic)
