We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker, providing care and support to young people aged 8-18. Working Hours and Pattern

The role involves working on a 3‑week rolling rota, totalling 56.4 hours per week (including sleep‑in shifts). The working pattern typically consists of one day on and two days off. Sleep shifts are included in the annual salary, even during periods of annual leave.
