We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker, providing care and support to young people aged 8-18. Responsibilities
  • Serve as a positive role model for young people, fostering meaningful relationships and supporting their personal development.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a residential childcare setting or similar environment.
  • Experience in managing a team is preferred.

Working Hours and Pattern

The role involves working on a 3‑week rolling rota, totalling 56.4 hours per week (including sleep‑in shifts). The working pattern typically consists of one day on and two days off. Sleep shifts are included in the annual salary, even during periods of annual leave.
