🔍 About the Role

North Lincolnshire Council is seeking an experienced Adults Social Worker to join the Social Care Connect Team. This is a full-time community-based role, offering a stable 37-hour week over 5 days.

Depending on experience, there may also be opportunities to work within the Integrated Discharge Team at Scunthorpe General Hospital 🏥. For this hospital-based role, working arrangements may include a rolling rota with some weekend working. A sample rota can be provided to shortlisted candidates.
