What will you be doing?

You will be leading practice and performance development through high-quality supervision and support, in line with Care Act principles

Taking the lead on highly complex cases, working creatively with partners to manage risk.

Providing leadership in managing essential team functions, including complex safeguarding situations.

Supporting a hybrid working model, balancing office-based reflection time with collaborative remote working.

About you

You're passionate about social work, a natural leader, and keen to share your knowledge and experience. You'll bring:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience
  • Ideally, Practice Educator status (or working towards it)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across agencies, providers, families, and carers
  • Flexibility to work from a variety of locations and travel independently
