Pay Rate: £ 32 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join the Discharge to Assess Team within our client’s organization. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home two days per week, with three days of office attendance required. The position is based within the inner-city East Team, focusing on Discharge to Assess services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing Care Act assessments and reviews, conducting Mental Capacity and Best Interest Assessments, and applying a strength-based approach to community engagement. The role plays a vital part in supporting and safeguarding the citizens of Bristol.
