A local authority in South Yorkshire is looking for a passionate Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor to provide legal advice and support on a remote basis. Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer, with a valid practising certificate in the UK
• Specialism within Adult Social Care Law and experience practising this post-qualification
• Experience working within local authorities, or for a public sector organisation

• Advising the clients of the organisation on all aspects of Adult Social Care Law
• Attending and advocating complex cases in virtual hearings
• Advising officers and members in a proactive and sensitive manner
• Mentoring and training less experienced team members
