Job Title: Adult Social Care Access Officer
Location: Newham
Contract Type: Temporary
Rate: £18.33 PAYE hour

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for adult social care referrals, providing excellent telephony support.
  • Collaborate within the Adult Social Care Access Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in community outreach events and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive enquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Support safeguarding enquiries and assist in managing risk effectively.
