We're looking for a talented health or social care professional to join our leadership team in Welwyn Garden City Hertfordshire as Service Manager. The role will provides a genuine opportunity for you to develop your management skills and make a difference.

You will work closely with the Service Line Lead and management teams to ensure the effective co-ordination and operational delivery of community health & Social care services in HPFT.
