Overview
Reporting to the CEO, UK & Cyprus and dotted line to the Global Chief Marketing Officer, the Admissions and Marketing Manager UK will lead the strategic development and operational execution of admissions and marketing across Globeducate’s UK schools. This role is pivotal in driving enrolment growth, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring alignment with Globeducate’s global standards and local market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement regional marketing and admissions strategies aligned with Globeducate’s Long Range Plan (LRP) and Value Creation Plan (VCP). - Strategic Objectives & KPIs
Collaborate with the CMO and CEO to set annual objectives and KPIs for each school, ensuring alignment with student enrolment targets. - Admissions Pipeline
Lead regional initiatives to improve conversion rates across the admissions pipeline (enquiry, visit, application, acceptance, enrolment, start).
Team Management & Development
- People Leadership
Oversee and support school-level Marketing and Admissions Managers, ensuring consistent performance and professional development. - Knowledge Sharing
Facilitate best practice sharing across UK schools and contribute to global MAD team sessions. - External Partnerships
Coordinate with external recruiters and agencies for strategic hires and campaign execution.
Marketing Operations
- Strategy Execution
Work in collaboration with Schools Marketing and Admissions team to define and implement marketing strategy for each school within the Globeducate UK cluster. - Brand & Communications
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communications, digital platforms, and events. - Campaigns
Lead regional PR, media, and digital campaigns, including organic and paid lead generation (Google, Meta). - Content & SEO
Oversee website and social media content, ensuring relevance and alignment with SEO and nurturing strategies via Hubspot.
Admissions Excellence
- Compliance
Ensure admissions processes adhere to group policies and local regulations. - Performance Metrics
Monitor and report weekly KPIs, including enquiries, visits, starters, and re-enrolments. - Customer Experience
Champion a “best in class” admissions experience, with a strong focus on conversion and parent engagement.
Data & CRM
- CRM Strategy
Manage regional CRM strategy and data integrity, working closely with the Global Digital & CRM Project Manager. - Compliance & Risk
Support risk assessments and compliance reviews related to admissions and CRM processes.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Relationship Management
Act as the regional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including school heads, marketing agencies, and parent communities. - Global Representation
Represent the UK region in global MAD forums and contribute to strategic planning and reporting.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Experience
Proven leadership experience in admissions and marketing within the education sector (+4 years experience). - Market Knowledge
Strong understanding of UK independent school market dynamics. - Strategy & Campaigns
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, team leadership, and campaign execution. - CRM & Analytics
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot), digital marketing, and data analytics.
