An established administration firm based in Cheltenham seeks a bright and personable individual for an administrative support role. You will aid Psychologists with various administrative tasks such as operating databases, handling legal documents, and ensuring timely communication. Full training is provided, making it suitable for both graduates and those with minimal office experience. The position offers a competitive salary of £25,684.11 per year along with 20 days of holiday plus bank holidays, in a friendly team environment.

Job description

An excellent permanent opportunity to join an established company based in Cheltenham.

The job will involve administrative support, dealing with legal documents and liaising with professionals within the legal and medical industries such as high-level Psychologists. Full training is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting a team of Psychologists with their administration duties concerning medico‑legal reports.
  • Operating database system.
  • Understanding content of letters from our instructing parties, solicitors or medico‑legal agencies.
  • Sending appointment letters to clients.
  • Emailing documentation to instructing parties.
  • Preparing and uploading the experts' clinics onto the cloud.
  • Sending reports and invoices to solicitors and agencies.
  • Each day completing all correspondence received in the post that day.
  • Providing 24‑hour turnaround time for emails.
  • Answering phone calls from clients, solicitors, agencies or experts.
  • liaising directly with your Team Leaders.
  • Being compliant with data protection laws.
  • Understanding and using agency online portals.
  • Performing any other duties to be carried out at the request of the Manager and Assistant Manager.

To apply for this role ideally you will have some office experience; you could be a graduate or someone with little office experience – the main thing is to be bright, have a good personality and the ability to pick things up quickly.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Salary: £25,684.11 per annum + 20 days holiday + bank holidays + gifted Christmas close down.
