Job description
Overview

Carry out the day-to-day procedures of the storage dept, communicate with warehouse staff and ensure that the customer's requirements are met.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor stock control movements through book in / out schedule.
  • Log in / out stock daily; ensure all platforms are updated throughout the day.
  • Ensure that all safety requirements and legislation are complied with.
  • Operate with particular regard to Health and Safety / BRC standards and environmental controls.
  • Continually update customers / staff of any changes and delays.
  • Provide essential support to ensure a smooth-running office.
  • Managing phone calls & emails, organise digital & paper files.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to colleagues & management.

Hours

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.30hrs - 8 ½ hours per day (includes 30 minute unpaid lunch break)

Salary

Starting salary £25,500.00 to start, reviewed after 6 months.
