The role

As an Administrator - Engineering Services, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. It’s an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to projects that make a real difference.

Day-to-day, you’ll provide essential support to Facilities Engineering senior managers and project teams to meet business objectives. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and play a key part in ensuring smooth operations.

  • Provide administrative support to Facilities Engineering teams
  • Manage diaries, coordinate room bookings, and accurately record meeting minutes
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other documentation; perform photocopying, scanning, and archiving tasks as required
  • Maintain product registers and process supply orders promptly

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.
