Job Title and Location

We’re seeking a proactive Band 3 Administrator to support our Early Intervention Team in Congleton. This role is vital to smooth service delivery, supporting both staff and service users. You’ll provide flexible cover across the team, handling telephony, referral input, ordering supplies, audio‑typing, and general admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support across teams, updating clinical records, inputting referrals, drafting correspondence through audio‑typing, and managing incoming calls.
  • Deliver telephony services, responding to service users, carers, and professional enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Liaise effectively with clinical staff, external agencies, and service users via phone, email, and face‑to‑face contact to support smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure compliance with information governance, data protection, and safeguarding requirements.
  • Assist colleagues by providing ad hoc administrative support, training, and cross‑cover to promote a resilient and collaborative team environment.
  • Update records, handle calls, liaise with staff and service users, and support colleagues with ad hoc tasks and cross‑cover.
