A community health provider in Shrewsbury is seeking an administrator to join their pulmonary rehabilitation team. You will support healthcare professionals by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication within the team, and ensuring efficient operation of clinics. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. This role offers a chance to contribute positively to patients' lives through community health services. An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a well-established community pulmonary rehabilitation team here in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, supporting patients to make positive life choices that enhance their lives and health. We are looking for an administrator to join our team.
As part of the Pulmonary Rehabilitation team you will be expected to work independently in liaison with the Clinical Lead, physiotherapists, nurses and rehabilitation technicians to assist them in delivering care to patients in our community.
You will work alongside and build relationships with the Community Respiratory Nursing teams, local GP surgeries, secondary care Respiratory colleagues and other community teams. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to work flexibly within the team.
