What you'll be doing day to day
  • Draft engagement letters, proposals, and client correspondence
  • Manage the Know Your Client and Anti-Money Laundering clearance processes and overseeing client data systems
  • Facilitate communication between managers and clients
  • Monitor compliance logs and supporting billing processes
  • Provide administrative support through the HMRC compliance process
  • Assist with departmental projects, team coordination, and workflow
  • Prepare reports, presentation slides, and support marketing initiatives
  • Process expenses, booking travel, and arranging accommodations
  • Engage with clients and colleagues to drive effective outcomes
  • Support firm-wide initiatives, including Facilities, ESG, and reception services
