Job summary

A leading Real Estate business in Manchester is seeking an Administrator to provide essential support to the Fire Safety, Building Safety, and Health and Safety teams. This role involves coordinating documentation, monitoring the inbox, promoting a safe working environment, and assisting with report drafting and meeting scheduling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a highly organized approach. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of up to £27,000 per annum.

  • Provide administrative support to the Fire Safety, Building Safety and Health and Safety team.
  • Coordinate key documents for the team.
  • Monitor the fire safety inbox and triage and allocate work to appropriate team members.
  • Promote a positive culture and create a safe environment.
  • Help draft reports and schedule meetings for senior management.

We are delighted to partner with a leading Real Estate business in Manchester to appoint an Administrator. The salary is up to £27,000 per annum and you will be required 5 days per week in the Manchester office.

  • Monitor the fire safety inbox (training will be provided to enhance your knowledge) and triage and allocate work to theappropriate team members
