An automotive services company is seeking a Digital and Marketing Administrator for their Hillington office. This part-time hybrid role includes managing administrative tasks, supporting departments, and communicating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong communication and organisational skills, and a proactive attitude. Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is beneficial but not essential. The company supports a diverse culture and provides ample opportunities for growth and training.
Part time: Monday – Wednesday 9am – 5pm
This is a hybrid position that involves two days in our Head Office in Hillington, Glasgow, and one day working from home.
Arnold Clark’s Head Office in Hillington houses both Scotland’s largest in-house Marketing department and our innovative Digital department.
As a Digital and Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily administration of both departments. This will include dealing with incoming calls, email enquiries and travel bookings and even occasional event support. You’ll be happy to help and enjoy working in a fast-paced, exciting environment where every day is different.
