Job description
Overview

Boughey Logistics are currently recruiting a Administrator to join our Service Delivery Team. Supporting the wider Transport team, you will play a vital role ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of services by handling key administrative tasks.

Day to Day
  • Monitor delivery schedules in real time
  • Liaise directly with drivers and delivery points
  • Manage and monitor any failure or redelivery processes
  • Monitor daily sub-contraction performance
  • Create and monitor a ‘Sensitive’ delivery report to ensure deliveries with high customer sensitivity are successful
  • Report all service level issues internally
  • Communicate across all internal departments (key stakeholders) to ensure information is consistent and relevant
  • Monitor stock left at off-site locations awaiting further processing or return
  • Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to maintain the highest standards with due regard to Customer requirements
