If you are a proactive and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys a busy and vibrant manufacturing environment, supporting daily operations and helping to drive continuous improvement across production and quality processes, this may be the job for you.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating daily production and quality records, including stock counts, training logs and mandatory health surveillance.
  • Supporting the Quality Department with audits, documentation, and compliance tasks.
  • Collecting, managing, and filing all production and quality paperwork accurately.
  • Producing reports and data summaries for management and traceability purposes.
  • Assisting in product trace exercises and providing timely, accurate information.
Qualifications
  • Administration experience from within a busy, manufacturing or FMCG environment is ideal, being a confident communicator with great attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Energy, precision, and a commitment to excellence.
Benefits
  • Hours: 40 hrs. per week 8.30am-5pm Mon–Fri
  • Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
  • Pension: The Company will make contributions of 7% of earnings into the scheme. In addition, for every 1% the employee contributes the Company will contribute a further 0.5% up to a maximum Company contribution of 10%.
