Job Title: Administrator

Location: Edinburgh, EH12

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: £16,860 (pro rata) + excellent benefits

Hours: 24 hours per week

Shift patterns: Monday, Thursday, Friday: 07:00-15:30, 08:30-17:00, 09:30-18:00; one Saturday every 3-4 months: 07:30-15:00

Role Overview

To ensure all reception and administrative activities in the Bupa centre are carried out efficiently and effectively.

You'll Help Us Make Health Happen By
  • Completing all reception administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Offering an outstanding customer service experience
  • Contributing fully to the team and the team goals
  • Ensuring compliance with all operational control standards i.e. quality standards, clinical governance, and legal requirements
  • Ensuring safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers while in the centre
Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Computer literate - proficient in MS Office packages
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
