A leading UK healthcare provider is seeking a part-time Network Administrator to join the PA Service. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisation skills and have experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include providing administrative support and coordinating with various teams across the health service. Ideal candidates will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing sensitive information with professionalism. This role offers a permanent contract with flexible working patterns.
The Pennine Network is looking for a Network Administrator to join our PA Service on a part‑time, permanent basis. You will have excellent organisation and administrative skills to support the smooth and efficient functioning of the service.
We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisation skills and the ability to work on your own or as part of the wider admin team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, service users, visitors and carers in a professional manner. The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office packages, be able to live‑type or willing to train, and possess a good telephone manner.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration and information service and coordinate their activities with other members of the administration team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.
The post holder will not be aligned to a specific clinical team but is required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the service, providing cover to other teams on various sites as directed by the Team Leader in liaison with the Locality Admin Co‑ordinator to ensure continuity of a quality service.
