A leading creative education provider in the UK seeks a highly organised Administrative & Operations Coordinator for their growing London campus. This part-time role involves comprehensive administrative support, managing communications, and acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, with some experience in a regulated environment. The position is expected to transition to full-time as the campus expands. Salary ranges between £24,000 and £28,000 per annum (pro rata).

Location: London (Passmore Centre, Borough Road, SE1)
Contract: Part-time, Permanent (3 days per week)
We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support the effective day‑to‑day running of MJM London. Initially appointed on a part‑time basis (3 days per week), the role is expected to move to full‑time from September 2026 as the campus continues to grow. The role is central to the smooth operation of the campus and provides administrative, operational and front‑of‑house support to the Centre Director, management team and wider staff.
You will have experience in an administrative or operations role, with strong organisational, communication and IT skills. You will be confident managing multiple priorities, working with a range of stakeholders and maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Experience in education or a regulated environment is desirable. French or additional language skills are an advantage.
