Do you thrive in a busy environment where priorities shift constantly? We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Administrative Officer to join our Integrated Localities Social Care Team — a role where no two days are ever the same.
You’ll be the first point of contact for a steady flow of calls, emails, and queries from clients, colleagues, and external partners, ensuring they’re triaged quickly and effectively. Alongside this, you’ll keep our systems accurate and up to date, support the team with diary management, meetings, and minute-taking, and maintain dashboards, rotas, and spreadsheets to keep everything running smoothly.
This is a varied role that demands organisation, adaptability, and attention to detail. Every task you complete contributes directly to someone receiving the care and support they need — giving you genuine job satisfaction and a strong sense of purpose.
You’ll join a warm, collaborative team culture, working alongside passionate professionals who value kindness, respect, and shared purpose. It’s a fantastic opportunity for professional growth, with plenty of scope to develop your skills in a dynamic environment. Most importantly, you’ll be making a meaningful impact in your community by playing a vital role in a service that truly matters.
If you have experience in administrative roles — especially within social care or public services — and you’re organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a busy team setting where priorities shift constantly, we’d love to hear from you.
