your mission

  • Role of acceptance officer (follow-up of client/mandate acceptance procedures and relations with
  • the AOs of the group)
  • Technical consultations in relation to ethics and independence
  • Participation in various monitoring and quality control works
  • Updates to quality assurance manuals
  • Participation in the preparation of files/reports for regulators
  • Assistance to the country risk manager
  • Management and maintenance of various lists
  • Organization and participation in internal training “Ethics & Independence“

Your profile

  • You have solid professional experience as a compliance officer or administrative assistant in the legal sector (minimum 3 years)
  • You have legal knowledge (an asset)
  • You have excellent knowledge of English (German is an asset)
  • You master the usual computer tools (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility and dynamism
  • You have good adaptability and you are solution oriented
