Temporary Contract (Secondment cover until 21/12/2026)

We are looking for people who thrive in a busy environment to work alongside other admin colleagues to support a team of social work practitioners and managers.

About the role:

You will be helping to support children, young people and families in the local area. We seek applicants with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, who have a friendly, patient and a confident approach with colleagues, other professionals and members of the public, to join our supportive and professional team.

About you:

You will be able to evidence that you have excellent IT skills and have the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. We are looking for someone with a good eye for detail when inputting information onto the system. The role will involve problem solving, using your own initiative and with support from team members.

You will have an informed and professional manner when dealing families and professionals, and process confidential and sensitive information in line with corporate and national guidelines.
