Job Description

SRG is looking for an administrative assistant to join a leading multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces mostly paper‑based consumer products.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Managing the organization, storage and retrieval of electronic and physical training documents.
  • Support the document control process by ensuring documents are correctly classified, stored, and retrieved in accordance with company standards.
  • Monitor and track document statuses, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
  • Facilitate the distribution of documents to the relevant teams and ensure accurate version control.
  • Co‑ordinate, organise and distribute training documentation as part of training matrix creation.
  • Producing document progress reports for site capability leader.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Able to carry out basic tasks on a computer with Basic – MS Office Knowledge.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
