Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Admin Team Leader to join our Neurology service, specifically working with the Multiple Sclerosis team. As the Team Leader you will be a highly motivated individual with demonstrable leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior management, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Provide leadership, support, advice and guidance to a team of administration pathway coordinators, promoting clear expectations, direction, and motivation to achieve personal and shared goals.
  • Promote a collaborative, consistent, and efficient working environment.
  • Gain a sound working knowledge of the MS service, its organisation and processes.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of MS treatment pathways (training will be given).
  • Use electronic patient record systems, manage RTT pathways, and meet targets.
  • Use Excel for administration tasks.
  • Uphold the UCLH Trust Values and maintain good communication skills at all levels.
