I am recruiting for an Administration Support professional to join a large infrastructure & construction business based in Swindon. This is an urgent requirement due to increased workload on active projects.

The role is temporary for 1 month initially, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to HR and wider internal teams
  • Managing documents, trackers, inboxes and correspondence
  • Preparing reports, meeting notes and maintaining records
  • Data input, filing and general office organisation
  • Assisting with ongoing project and internal administration tasks
Requirements:
