A leading logistics company is seeking an Administration Supervisor to manage warehouse administration processes. This full-time role includes overseeing order processing, coaching colleagues, and ensuring accuracy and compliance within a fast-paced logistics environment. Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for an Administration Supervisor to support the warehouse and transport operation on our high‑profile B&Q contract in Cambuslang. In this role, you’ll lead the administration function, ensuring that orders, stock, system activity and reporting are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with customer expectations. You’ll coach and support administrative colleagues and operational teams, acting as the go‑to person for data, systems, compliance and problem‑solving.
This is a full‑time, permanent position working on an ‘any 5 from 7’ shift pattern. Predominantly you’ll work Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00. However, flexibility is essential — this is logistics after all!
You’ll be paid a salary of up to £32,000 per annum. You’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work‑life balance.
