An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Outpatient Team within the Dermatology Department for a part time Band 2 Administration Assistant.
Post holders will be required to provide an efficient reception service to both clinicians and patients.
The successful candidate will work within a team of outpatient staff, but also have the ability to work independently. They will be required to follow Policies and Procedures.
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, flexibility, reliability and must have an organised approach to work.

This part time role involves working closely with patients, medical and nursing staff. Post holders will be required to provide an efficient face to face reception service to patients.
The role will include all face to face reception duties - check in patients / check out patients and make appointments.
The ability to work independently and follow the policies and procedures for your department is essential. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, flexibility, reliability and must have an organised approach to work.
