Our client is a new and dynamic biotechnology company based in Cardiff. We are supporting them in their search for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our Cardiff office.

Role Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of our clients office, handling administrative duties, and acting as a crucial point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.
  • Documentation: Maintain organised records and files, ensuring smooth document management and retrieval.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for both internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is well-stocked, organised, and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel, accommodations, and other logistics for team members attending events or conferences.
  • Financial Support: Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and processing invoices.
  • Event Coordination: Help organise company events, meetings, and conferences, including managing logistics.
  • Team Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the team and management as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all office operations are in line with institutional policies and ethical guidelines.
