  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for team members.
  • Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and processing invoices.
  • Help organise company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the team and management.
  • Ensure all operations are in line with institutional policies.

Our client is a new and dynamic biotechnology company based in Cardiff. We are supporting them in their search for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our Cardiff office.

Role Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of our clients office, handling administrative duties, and acting as a crucial point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting teams to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.

  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for both internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service.

  • Financial Support: Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and processing invoices.

  • Team Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the team and management as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all office operations are in line with institutional policies and ethical guidelines.
