Working in one of our town centre offices you will assist colleagues in the day to day administration of a busy technology and transformation team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely records of resource utilisation and billing, answering freedom of information requests and providing other documentation support to team members on an array of technical or strategic topics. We also require someone to assist in the planning and running of meetings and events, and the organisation of travel.

This post is a designated customer facing role under the fluency duty and requires a specified level of spoken English as per the person specification.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of resource utilisation and billing
  • Answer freedom of information requests and provide other documentation support to team members on an array of technical or strategic topics
  • Assist in the planning and running of meetings and events, and the organisation of travel
Qualifications
  • You should be an effective communicator with a strong understanding of the MS Office 365 productivity suite
  • This role requires someone who can work effectively to meet deadlines and manage your own time well. You should be disciplined and organised
  • You will need to be prepared to challenge suppliers and peers on the accuracy of financial payment requests and ensure value for money
  • It would be preferable if you have experience working within the public sector, although this is not essential.
