Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent. Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience. Location: Hemel Hempstead. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.

About The Role

Are you organised, hands-on, and ready to play a key role in keeping a fast-moving operation running smoothly? The company are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin & Warehouse Operative (Logistics) to support their growing business from their Hemel Hempstead site. This is a varied role combining warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and administrative support—ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, structure, and getting things done properly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, check, and book in stock deliveries
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Maintain accurate stock records and carry out stock checks
  • Prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate with couriers
  • Process orders, delivery notes, and general admin tasks
  • Answer and manage inbound phone calls, directing or resolving queries where appropriate
  • Take ownership of keeping the warehouse organised, safe, and efficient
