Job description

Crown Court Admin Officers manage the preparation of criminal digital files for hearings, respond to correspondence from criminal justice agencies, solicitors, barristers and the public, and handle the full range of serious criminal work, including jury management. The role is customer‑facing and is office‑based, providing HMCTS services to the public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise time, prioritise efficiently, multitask and adapt to using various software packages.
  • Deliver proactive and effective support to customers by phone and email.
