A local recruitment agency in Wrexham is seeking a full-time Admin Assistant. Responsibilities include supporting the administrator, managing customer orders, and using Sage software for procurement. Ideal candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, provide excellent customer service, and possess strong communication skills. Own transport is essential due to location. This role offers 21 days holiday plus time off between Christmas and New Year.

Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking to recruit an Admin Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Administration Manager you will facilitate the smooth transition of customer enquiries from initial contact and receipt of purchase order through to invoicing, by ensuring effective communication between customers and internal departments to enable procurement of required materials and reconciliation of project costs in accordance with company targets.
