Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting us to further develop and ensure the smooth running of our forensic mental health pathway. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to clinicians and managers, while taking responsibility for data quality across our clinical systems. Your work will help us deliver safe, effective, and efficient care to service users.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to service development projects and improvements
  • Develop, review and refine administrative systems and processes
  • Be responsible for data input/collection, performance metrics, data analysis and cleansing
  • Organise and minute Multi-Disciplinary, Business, Professional and Service Development Meetings
  • Manage referrals, appointment scheduling, and interpreter bookings
  • Maintain accurate records on clinical systems (Carenotes) and ensure data quality
  • Produce and manage spreadsheets, collate data for audits and reports
  • Support the team with calendar management, correspondence, and information requests

Qualifications & Skills
  • Has excellent organisational skills and can manage competing priorities
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and clinical IT systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate a range of complex or sensitive information effectively with staff for example face-to-face, via telephone, MS Teams, and email
  • Pays close attention to detail and understands the importance of data accuracy
