We're looking for a compassionate, detail‑oriented Patient Liaison Officer (PLO) to join our growing ADHD Assessment Service team. You'll play a vital role in delivering a smooth, supportive experience for patients from referral through to assessment, treatment and aftercare.
As the first point of contact for patients, clinicians, GPs and internal teams, you will ensure the highest standard of communication and coordination, helping people feel informed, reassured and well cared for throughout their journey with us.
